Our Rate Categories
All Activities Rate:
This rate plan includes all activities & classes, plus the use of all the resort facilities, with no additional charges*. Our full schedule of activities varies by season in the summer they include daily goat walk, seasonal heated pool, unlimited creek tubing, pickleball, basketball, goat yoga, fooseball, ping pong, corn hole, playground, inflatable water slides, tiny gym, pick your own garden, plus all daily craft activities. This rate is best for those who want to include all the amenities the resort has to offer without any additional charges.
Ala Carte
This rate plan allows you to pick and choose the amenities and classes your would like to attend, only pay for what you would like to use. You will pay separately for grill use, fire pit, tubing, kayaking, all craft classes, goat walk, goat yoga, all sports equipment. This rate is best for someone who has little interest in using the amenities at the resort. If you intend to do 2 or more activities a day this rate will actually cost you more.
*Electric bike rentals, Tie Dye and Maker’s Studio have additional fee even for activities included guests.

- Bed Linens + Towels are included with reservations May-October - Additional fee applies for reservations November-April

- Salt, Pepper, Coffee (in pre pack with built in filter), creamer cups and sugar packets.

- Weber grill with grill tools and propane supplied
- Firepit (wood available for purchase)
What is NOT included in your stay for Either Rate Category
- Food and Alcohol
- Water shoes (required for all creek activities and available for purchase should you need)
- Electric Bike Rentals
- Firewood (available for purchase on property)
- Items for purchase in swag shop and snack shack
- Disposable items such as tin foil, plastic wrap, paper plates/cups, coffee filters
- Spices, seasons and cooking oils
