We welcome you to enjoy a bit of tiny living, in a truly spectacular setting. Our property features 40 acres, with a  mile of creek frontage and an onsite waterfall.  The beauty of the Catskill Creek, our very own Waterfall, our Makers Studio, a seasonal heated pool, and of course our Little Goats, Ducks, and Chickens just complete the peaceful getaway, all just 2 hours from NYC.

Activities at the Resort

There is a reason for every season at A Tiny House Resort maintains an active activity calendar on the website with all events and activities are included in your stay.  Year round we have our daily goat and sheep walk, a hit with young and old, plus we have ongoing paint and sip, sign making, watercolor t bag painting, jewelry stamping, rock painting, plus seasonal craft activities all included in your stay.  In the warmer months, May- October 1, our heated pool is open, tubing and kayaking are available.  In the Winter we have snowshoes, sledding, cross country skis and snow tubing.  Alway available are our outdoor and indoor games.

Where are We?

South Cairo is located in the Catskill Mountains, 2 hours from NYC. We are exit 21 off 87 ( New York State Thruway).

Office Hours

Our office is open 9am-9pm to answer any questions regarding the resort.

Check In/Check Out

Check in is set at 3pm, Check out at 11am.

Each season presents different opportunities. The creek is a fountain of bliss during the warmer months. Autumn is heaven for leaf peepers, while winter offers a different allure. Snowshoeing and sledding are popular activities, as well as our Makers Studio, endless creator options, but many guests opt to simply lounge in the toasty comfort of their tiny house.
