Its been over 20 years since my family first entered the vacation rental business.  It was at a time when VRBO was family owned and Woodstock NY  became one of the top locations to be searched for vacation rentals within the tri state NY area. Airbnb was just a room rental at that time, and yet within no time the 12 listings grew to over 300 houses, but what made our property stand out, and all the properties we have purchased since then is running water, and i do not mean the type that turns on out of your sink, I am referring to being on a body of water, having an onsite waterfall, or better yet having both.  From our original Waterfall House to A Streamside Cottage to Dockside on the Esopus, the theme has always been Water,. A Tiny House Resort is no exception, with over a mile of Catskill Creek frontage, a beautiful waterfall that enjoys both a viewing platform and a hiking trail, A Tiny House Resort is the only waterfront resort in the Catskill Mountains.  With 15 tiny houses, the resort has become a mecca for those who love water and enjoy onsite activities including an art studio, a heated pool, a Weber grill and Fire pit at every house.  Many of our guests bring their swimming dogs who also enjoy a romp in our creek, followed up with a bath in our dog wash.  Forest Bathing by the water takes on an entire new experience as does sitting on your private fenced in deck overlooking the water, watching nature go by.
